Today, I opened a new page in my life. With my first blog post,I will be trying to explain what I am doing here. I have decided to open a website about being an English Language Teacher. I read and research a lot about this topic, I also accumulate a lot of information. So, I thought, “Why shouldn’t I share my knowledge with other teachers?”

I am not an expert, however, I am learning everyday. I started teaching in 2014 and have taught in elementary and high schools. I have decided that the best way to grow as a teacher is to share what I learn. Because every teacher knows that “Teaching is the best way to learn something.”

I will choose positive and powering words in my blog, so I expect you to do the same while commenting on the blog posts. This is a big step for me – being public – and English is not my mother language. I promise you, I will do my best.

You can send me an e-mail with your suggestions or if you just want to say something to me. I will read each and every e-mail and try to respond to each of them.

Being a teacher can be challenging from time to time, we can be exhausted. The best way to overcome our exhaustion is to lean on each other. I hope this blog will be a supportive community for everybody.

Even if the title is ELT, you can still learn valuable information from my blog. So, I hope that you will join me on my journey.
